Training

At PCAS Kent, we are committed to sharing the knowledge, skills and experience developed through our work supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with mental health needs.

Our Learning & Development team is growing, and we are continuing to expand the range of training available to external organisations, professionals and care providers.

Current training available includes:

• Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism (Tier 2)
• Medication Training for social care staff
• Good Support Practice training, focused on delivering person-centred, values-led support

Our training is delivered by experienced professionals with real-world expertise in health and social care, ensuring that learning is practical, engaging and directly applicable to the workplace.

As we continue to develop our training offer, additional courses and workforce development opportunities will be added to this page.
